My car broke down on the QE2 late Friday afternoon 100 km from home. Five minutes before Travis was set to close and enjoy the weekend I called and explained my situation. He said I know what that’s like so go ahead and have the tow truck drop your car off here. Travis ordered parts that evening, drove 20 km to pick them up the next day and called me at 11:00 to say my car was ready! He didn’t overcharge me and even gave me a ride to the hotel. Great business, great person!
Provided the service that was quoted at the price quoted, no surprises. Vehicle was done in the estimated time frame and I'm satisfied with the service. I will use Travis again.
