Joel is a legit good guy. My truck is kind of a pos, call it a farm truck. But he has been nothing but fair with me, honest answers and doesn't just take my money. I work in the auto industry and it is a rare quality to find. He gave me a breakdown of stuff I should fix, stuff to watch, and stuff I could fix if I really wanted to. Pretty cool to see integrity in industry focused on profit.

I had some engine troubles on the highway today, pulled over, and called around to some nearby places to see if anyone could get me in right away. Even though he was fully booked like everyone else Joel was the only one who tried to help me. He promised to do a scan for me free of charge and said we could work out a plan together to get me where I needed to go safely. After he checked my vehicle he directed me to these awesome guys at Mr Lubes next to the only Tim Horton's in town who were able to help me further. He is not someone who just 'does his job'. He cares about people and is a genuinely awesome human who is fun to talk to! His office staff were super friendly as well. I'm from Edmonton, but if anyone ever has car troubles near Lacombe, Ace Automotives is where you want to go!! Thanks so much Joel!
