Manager or whoever she is should not be working here. Swearing in front of children is never acceptable. Just because youre mad the store has closed and some people were slower than others getting to the cash register. Does not give you the right to treat everyone like absolute garbage. Your coworkers as well but I assume they were following her lead
The older man in the car parts department was absolutely awful and rude, it was a horrible experience. He claimed he couldn’t help me with my problem and sounded very annoyed because I had a hard time understanding his questions (English isn’t my first language). Yet, when I returned later and spoke with a different employee, my parts were suddenly 'magically' in stock. Please stay away from customer service if you are going to make people feel stupid.
