The most professional and friendly staff I have ever dealt with automotive or otherwise. Brittany was so very helpful. I purchased parts in October and they had no issue returning with a FULL refund 5 months later after proof they had not been opened or installed.
Called the day previously, asked for a part to be ordered in. "No problem". Next day I go in, ask for the part arms nonchalantly mention I ordered or yesterday. Get told by ole lip rings that "no, edmonton has em you must have been transferred to them".<br><br>Luckily, I thought she didn't know what she was doing and after I left I called the same number from yesterday.<br><br>Turns out, it WAS there.
