1st Update/edit: I am happy to mention I've been personally reached out too, and Crystal Glass is fixing the issue. I will bump the star rating accordingly.<br><br>Original review: I reached out to Crystal Glass Leduc as we are replacing 52 tripple pane sealed units in our home (glass only). They said they would come out and quote the job at a cost as we are out on an acreage (25 minutes to their store front). They said if I bring them measurements they would quote the job at zero cost, and if we choose to go with them, at that time they would come out to measure. I've emailed them the information. No reply. I phoned them, they said they got the email and were passing it on to the manager. No response. Approximately 5 Months have passed and we are now ready to pull the pin and get out windows on order. I physically took a list in to their store front to give them one last chance and Cher promised me a quote within 5 days. We are now on day 6, and there has been no quote, let alone not even a phone call with questions. Very disappointed in Crystal Glass Leduc. Apparently they don't want or need a $25,000+ job.
Definitely would recommend getting your windshield done here. Brought my truck in to get the windshield replaced and it ended up needing more work to get the windshield in. But they stuck with the original quote. Very happy with the service.
