⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS — ABOVE AND BEYOND!<br>I can’t say enough good things about Alpine Diesel and their entire team!<br>I recently had a brand-new FASS fuel pump fail right out of the box. After going through the troubleshooting and diagnostic process, I was told by FASS that the pump would need to be sent back for warranty and that I could potentially be without my truck for weeks before they would repair or replace it.<br>For me, that wasn’t just an inconvenience — my truck is used for work, and having it sitting for weeks would have meant lost time and lost income.<br>That’s where Alpine Diesel truly showed what kind of shop they are.<br>The owner personally stepped up and made sure I was back on the road the very next day. They went out of their way to help me while we wait for the FASS warranty process to be sorted out. That level of customer service is extremely hard to find these days.<br>They could have easily said, “Not our problem, take it up with the manufacturer,” but they didn’t. They took care of their customer and made sure I wasn’t left stranded because of a defective brand-new part.<br>I’m extremely grateful to the owner and every member of the Alpine Diesel team for their professionalism, hard work, and willingness to go the extra mile.<br>THIS is what customer service should look like.<br>If you need anything diesel-related — performance upgrades, repairs, maintenance, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, or just honest advice — I highly recommend Alpine Diesel.<br>You won’t just be treated like another customer. Had my truck in there for a common issue for diag. and repair. Was told it was repaired, but upon driving it home it was obviously still having the issue. I returned the truck, was given a completely different diagnosis and repaired again. Drove the truck again, still not fixed. Returned the truck, new diagnosis, new repairs, still the same. Removed the truck from them due to the inability to diagnose properly. Upon proper repair form another shop, it was evident that Alpine Diesel did NOT do the repairs they had claimed prior yet still charged me for. Once asking around about the shop, I was overwhelmed by the negative reputation that they have amongst the diesel community. It is also rumored that Justin has been selling parts under his wifes facebook account (Danielle) and has taken a lot of guys cash for "rebuilt" parts that are just parts out of wrecked trucks. Do your research people, ask around about this guy....
