Kal Tire

Tried to tell me my tire was separating & I needed a new tire when I had a slow leak assuming I just needed it patched. I took the car to the shop that I bought the tires from for possible warranty replacement as they weren't that old. They found no evidence of the tire separating whatsoever. They replaced the valve stem & it has lost no air since & been driving great. Go here if you want to be lied to.

Went to this Kal Tire location twice in consecutive days. First time was to get a set of new tires on my sons RAV4. Heather at the front was a ray of sunshine from the get go. Work was done as expected and on time. The next day my wife had a low tire (leak). I called Kaltire again and got Heather. She got us in right away and the repair was done within 20 minutes. Once again she was fantastic to deal with. We left the store talking about the great service and atmosphere. This is very refreshing and is a welcome change from what it was like a few years ago.

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Chris (I think was his name) and the techs. My fiancé and I blew a tire and got our 2021 Tesla Model 3 towed here in hopes of getting it fixed or replaced. Although we were unable to have the tire fixed, or replaced, as we live 2 hours north of Edmonton and had to be home by tomorrow, we couldn’t be more appreciative of all the help and support each of them provided. They went completely above and beyond to figure out something for us. We couldn’t have thanked them enough. If we ever pass by here again in need of work, this will definitely be our number one destination! Kudos to your team!
