Quick, efficient and explained the problem to me very clearly so I knew what was wrong and why. Very reasonable pricing.

I would advise potential customers to stay clear of this shop. We brought our vehicle in to have the transmission cooler fitting inspected and, if necessary, the supplied radiator replaced. The service manager understood exactly what work was requested beforehand.

Despite being charged for the visit, it appears no meaningful work was completed. The condition of the transmission cooler port threads remained unchanged, and the photos speak for themselves. The shop initially charged $235 and later reduced the bill to $170, but we still feel we paid for work that was not performed.

Based on our experience, we found the service lacking honesty and accountability. I would instead recommend Stew Kraft Automotive Service, which offers fair pricing, allows for customers to bring their own parts, and has treated us very honestly in the past.

Disappointed! The work I had requested from this shop was not performed! I even spoke to the owner before hand. I specifically asked the transmission line be backed out and have the female threads examined and have my radiator replaced if the line would not resecure because of cross threading. You did not do what I asked you! I even sent Matt the service manager an email three days prior specifically indicating what I wanted done.

Essentially, was charged for nothing which is considered fraud.I can tell that transmission lines were not touched or backed out.I will no longer be a return costomer and will not be recommending my friends and family to this shop any longer. Disappointed is an understatement! 👎👎 Should have taken my vehicle to Stew Kraft's as this shop has absolutely no integrity. I highly suggest customers to request before and after pictures to avoid being scammed.
