A driver from this company blocked my car in a parking lot while doing a delivery and when asked nicely to move it so I can leave, he responded rudely that it will take 15 minutes. As I explained that's unacceptable and I needed to leave, he started getting rude and aggressive. I'm not sure who hires and trains these people, but we live in a civilized society where this behavior in unacceptable. Let alone speaking to someone the way he did to me, while on the clock.
