Bought a custom topper about 5 years ago. Great looking unit. Functionality was low. Should have been advised a different path from the start. I’ve had to re solder some wiring a few times now and re secure some other electrical components on more than a few occasions. Poor install. And overpriced based on what I got. Regular use. Nothing hard. *** Edit **. Thanks for the response action car and truck. You asked me to email in regard to the poor service. Emailed twice. And received no response back. 👍🏽

I ordered a cloth topper for my truck as a special order. Later I received one for free from a friend, so I no longer needed the one I had ordered from the store. Even though special orders are normally non-returnable, Ryan and Curtis went above and beyond by making an exception and accepting the return without any hassle or stress.
