I just contacted the London store to inquire about a fixture that was on backorder to see how long it would take to receive it, if I placed the order today. I spoke to Jessica. She was so good to me.
She offered to call the distributor located in California to find out when it would be available for shipping and call me back promptly. It wasn’t even 10 minutes before she called back. It turned out that the exact light fixture was in stock and they had 7 left. I was thrilled! I just placed the order and received the confirmation.I look forward to receiving my light fixture. I will definitely shop at this lighting store again for any future lighting needs. Jessica made my day!
