Got new tires for my SUV, great price and fantastic customer service!

Really good experience here! I found my tire issue on my way work this morning. Then I called the receptionist, and Leo gave me the earliest time to fix the tire. The staffs there are very professional and kind! And the price is very reasonable! I forgot to ask the fixing fee before leaving my car key there, but they didn’t charge me with an expensive price. I truly appreciate their help! Strongly recommend this store.

I had a great experience with the team at Northridge Autoworks, Leo, Chris, Oliver took excellent care of my BMW M4 and were professional, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the process. The quality of the work was top-notch, communication was clear, and the car was returned exactly as promised.

It’s not easy finding a shop you can trust with a performance car let alone a show car, but these guys clearly know BMWs and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and upgrades. Highly recommended.
