Fantastic service and great owners! I went in for a windshield replacement, it took about an hour and forty five minutes, the waiting lounge was clean, had coffee, snacks and other refreshments, towards the end of my service I walked back into the shop and was pleasantly surprised, they had washed my car, put ceramic coat on the paint and dressed the tries, they also cleaned and vacuumed my interior and treated the leather, I really appreciate how they treated the car as if it was their own! I couldn’t be happier with the service!

SO grateful to Forest City Auto Glass and their phenomenal work. We were having issues with another windshield shop who after various other headaches and problems said they couldn't get the ADAS system to calibrate on the new windshield. Their solution was to order a NEWER windshield, this time OEM, leaving us with 2-4 weeks of no safety/assist systems. Called FCAG, they had us in the next afternoon. They explained all the processes and findings in detail, fixed the camera mount that the previous shop had apparently screwed up, got it calibrated just fine, gave us a copy of the full calibration report, and provided additional reports as evidence when we were requesting a partial refund from the first shop. Also, most comfortable and relaxing waiting room I have ever had the pleasure to wait in. We will 100% be coming to FCAG for all future auto glass needs.
