GT Tires

Less than 1 star,

i brought tires to install them on rims to find out the tires were not good. The receptionist there is not friendly at all. She called me after half an hour or so after dropping off the rims and tires. I told her to remove the two tires from the rims and she told me that she will charge $7 per tire. The other two have only rubber belt on the rims and not actual tires!! Ending up paying $7 x4 =$28.00 plus tax!!! One rim was missing the valve cap and the stem valve. I told the guy to put them in because they were there initially.

That is really crazy. I was really upset because even if you are a loyal customer, they don’t care. My last time there and will never go back to this place.

Overall, terrible experience!!
