i love this place they always make sure i’m aware of any big or small issues with my car and they always manage to get me in and out asap!!

I complained to Kal Tire about a noise coming from my car’s wheels. My car had only 38,000 km on it, but they replaced several parts one by one without identifying the actual cause of the noise. Despite changing multiple original parts, they still couldn’t fix the problem. They broke my engine bottom cover.<br><br>Later, I went to another mechanic, and they fixed the noise simply by replacing one screw.<br><br>Kal Tire replaced several of my original parts based on assumptions and charged me around $1,400, without being certain about what was actually causing the noise.<br><br>I’m very disappointed with this experience.<br>I strongly recommend that people stay away from Kal Tire. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store to anyone.<br><br>I am sharing my experience because I don’t want anyone else to go through what I went through.
