Booked an appointment for today for my mustang gt exhaust he told me on the phone he would need at least half the day. Then I wake up after 3 hours sleep to get it there for 8 am and he doesn't even remember what I told him Monday when I booked the appointment. Only for him to come out to the car with me and tell me that id have to come back one day this week to put it on the hoist to take a look. But Monday when I called that would be done today.
Never going back. He lost a customer that owns 4 cars.

I called for a quote to replace brake pads , the owner told me they don't replace just the pads , they have to change rotors and pads and it is a must without even seeing the car or the condition of the rotors LOL 😆 , it tells you what kind of business is this and what they are after ... fixing the car or draining your pocket out of your hard earned money what a shame I wish I can give negative stars because this business does not deserve any
