Zero stars. We bought what we were told was a brand new generator, for over 14k but were actually sold a used one with a service tag for another persons address. When we questioned about being sold a used generator, we were lied to. We sent proof, and then were told there must have been a mix up. We were then told it would be exchanged within a month, it’s been almost 4 and the switch was never done.
We needed to upgrade our panel and breakers. Chad was communicative, professional, courteous and very reasonably priced, not to mention punctual. Our expectations were exceeded, as the crew was very tidy, and thorough. I will definitely use Barry Latreille Electric again.
Installed a new thermastate but wired it all wrong. Casey mechanical fixed it. Now my airconditional works fine. Will not recomend this copany after many years with them. Please disregard this message. I got a refun all is good now. I still like this company.
