My family used to bring our cars here for years, but since the change in ownership, the quality of service has completely gone downhill.

I brought my car in because it was having an issue that I couldn’t fully identify. I explained in detail everything that was happening and specifically told them that I had recently changed the battery and believed it could be the source of the problem.

I dropped my car off in the morning and was told I would likely have it back that afternoon, depending on what they found. However, when I called two hours before closing, they admitted they hadn’t even looked at it yet. Then, just 30 minutes before closing, they called to tell me the mechanic couldn’t find anything wrong with the car.

I insisted there was clearly an issue and said I would just come pick it up. They offered to come get me, but after waiting 45 minutes, nobody showed up. Since I needed my car that evening for a family commitment, I had no choice but to leave it overnight.

The next morning, I arrived right when they were supposed to open, only to stand outside for another 30 minutes waiting for someone to arrive. If those aren’t your operating hours, don’t advertise them.

At that point, I asked if the mechanic could simply disconnect and reconnect the battery. The employee initially refused, but after I pushed back, he reluctantly agreed. Two minutes later, he came back and told me they had figured out the problem: the battery wasn’t connected properly.

So despite me explicitly telling them from the beginning that I suspected the battery was the issue, they never bothered to check it until I insisted. They wasted an entire day, left me without my car, failed to follow through on picking me up, and ultimately fixed the exact issue I had pointed them toward from the start.

I can’t say for certain whether it influenced how I was treated, but I can’t shake the feeling that being a woman played a role in my concerns being dismissed so quickly.

I am absolutely disgusted by how this was handled. In fact, it took me months to write this review because I was still so angry about the experience. I will never bring my car here again, and I would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere.

Made an appointment for rust proof a week prior. Made the 25 minute drive today only to be told they were busy and unable to do the service.. A quick phone call would have been helpful...
