From 2020 to 2024, I would bring my car in for service with these guys at igarage. Great service and excellent response time. 2024 onwards, every time I've tried to book service, they would never respond. Either by phone, email, text message, Instagram, you name it. I tried to actually book something recently and I was just left on read.

The staff were straightforward and explained what needed to be done without pushing unnecessary work. Communication was clear, and I felt like they actually cared about doing the job properly rather than rushing things through.
