I came home from a long vacation to find my car battery completely dead. I called Ahmed, and within a few hours he was at my place ready to help. Before arriving, he asked for my VIN number so he could bring the correct battery with him, which made the whole process super smooth and efficient.

Called this person on a Friday morning. Briefly explained the issue with my vehicle. Said he would come by around 2-3pm. Haven’t heard anything by 4:30 so I texted him to confirm he’s still coming. He responded yes. Got a text at 8:30 claiming he just finished the last job and asked if I wanted him to still come today or tomorrow. Of course I’m not going to ask him to come Friday night so said he can come tomorrow. I asked what time tomorrow he said around noon. Never heard from again. Wasted 2 days waiting for this guy. I wish I can give him less stars. Maybe a blessing in disguise as I’m not sure how good his work would be if he doesn’t have the courtesy to respond to you.

I called them about a flashing engine light, the guy showed up, plugged in the diagnostic machine and said it was a glow plug relay issue and cleared it. Charged me $120 didn't even open the hood. I went to another mechanic and they took a proper look at it said it was an engine issue and topped me up with oil for $50. These guys are a scam.
