Nicole and the Carstar team were stellar. Excellent service from beginning to end.

I recently sent my car to CARSTAR for repairs under my RBC insurance claim. When I picked up the car, the engine light was on. CARSTAR explained that the issue was not related to the accident claim and was considered a normal maintenance issue, although it happened at a very unfortunate time.

Even so, they were very kind and helpful — they ordered the part for me and repaired it free of charge. I really appreciate their honesty and excellent customer service.
