Products are high quality and service is ok, but they routinely ship the wrong parts. I've now had 3 orders where I received the wrong parts, either they were the wrong size with the label from the correct item, or the item was labelled correctly and what they sent me was just not what I ordered.
I ordered some parts and paid for next day delivery to make sure I had them in by that weekend. One of the pieces they sent me was wrong and I asked for the replacement part to be sent overnight like I had paid for so that I'd have the replacement piece for the weekend. They sent it on Friday with 2 day shipping and no Saturday delivery, so I didn't receive the parts until the next business day. When I asked for my shipping to be refunded at the very least they offered to give me free shipping on a future order, but I'm not sure I'll go back. 3 bad orders might be enough.
you folks are the only place I could find the 8mm x 250mm hose and the appropriate fittings

Ordered a fuel pump, got it delivered damaged, emailed asking for a refund, got told they’d send new one, yea not so much, never got send a new one, no response back just sitting on a $500 fuel pump that is broken
