I called several shops about installing CTS Turbo catted downpipes on my 2015 Mercedes C400 (already running an AWE exhaust).
This shop quoted a minimum of $600 for installation, with the possibility of it going higher depending on bolt condition or difficulty, and could not provide a firm price.
For comparison, other shops were able to give clear estimates. The lowest quote I received was $360, and EGF Performance in Markham provided a written estimate of $480 maximum (4 hours @ $120/hr, including gaskets and consumables).
I ultimately went with EGF because the pricing was transparent and capped, which made it easy to budget and commit.
If I had received a similar straightforward estimate here, I likely would have booked. The open-ended pricing made it difficult to proceed with confidence.
Sharing my experience so others can compare.

Shoutout to Wilson for getting my 440i’s suspension dialled in after I had coilovers installed. Took the car in on time, completed everything within the promised timeframe & price was fair! True professional.
