I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this shop this morning. I went in early, and they explicitly wrote my information down in their logbook. Later, they completely denied it, looking me in the eye and claiming I was never there and that no record existed.

When I called back to resolve the issue, their attitude was combative and completely untrustworthy. This is a highly disorganized establishment that operates with zero integrity. I am taking steps to file official complaints with regulatory bodies. Do yourself a huge favor and stay far away from this place! Total avoid.
