The team at Waterloo Energy went over and above to ensure that we were informed and confident in their two-day installation of a 3 ton heat pump and humidifier in our residence. The three-person install team, led by Sean, was especially professional in their communications and technical work. They arrived on time, prepared and polite. They laid drop sheets, covered our washer and dryer, and ensure our hostas were undisturbed by the large equipment. In addition, they worked hard to run the tubes and wires in a clean route using existing openings and making sure to spray foam and caulk the openings. Sean demonstrated all aspects of maintaining the efficiency of the heat pump, including the filters, the humidifier, the thermostat, and common concerns of new owners. The installers were respectful of the neighbours' property and about sharing space in our home, even answering our son's questions about their technical work. We are very happy with our heat pump and the sales and installation process. Thank you, Sean, Jordan, and Brian for the fantastic and professional work.

One month ago we completed a 4-ton heat pump installation with a some extra duct work. From the planning/sales phase with Jim to the execution phase with Aaron, I am very satisfied. On time and on budget, which is the main thing. We were quite picky about some exposed ducting, and they promptly re-did the work to suit us without complaint. They helped us submit the rebate material, and we received the expected amount in accordance with their estimate. Based on any reasonable criteria, they did an excellent job.

The Waterloo Energy Team is absolutely incredible. Responsive, very helpful, and very-very knowledgable . In a world of complicated new technologies, this team is patient and helpful to those of us that many questions. Their technicians are super professional in the home and on worksites. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough positive about Waterloo Energy Products. I have used them for my annual geothermal maintenance for many years and the technician, Jason, is outstanding. He called when he was en route, called when he arrived and spend more time with our system than any other company we have ever had. He answered my questions politely, professionally and recommended maintenance tips I had never thought of, or been told to follow. I am glad to say that I feel so much better knowing Waterloo Energy Products is in my corner day or night. Thanks Jason, was a real pleasure. I am a loyal customer.

There's no way one can dispute the time the technicians spend "figuring out" what to do. To replace one part, we were billed 11 hours, 3 visits, travel time too. 1st visit, the "fix" didn't work. 2nd visit, 2 people on the clock for hours trying to "figure out" how to fix the system. Third visit, the only "successful" one, which would have been about 1/3 of the total bill. We hope we don't have any further issues, but will definitely need to shop around for alternative services. We never considered this option because we bought the system trough them.
