I was so anxious about a squealing sound my Mercedes was making so my dad took it to Luckys to get a diagnosis. Ben was incredibly helpful, he took it for one drive and knew what the issue was. I am very thankful that he did the adjustment then and there and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you so much Ben!

Amazing customer service!<br><br>After a horrible experience at a local dealership for my Hyundai Santa Fe, my husband booked an appointment at Lucky's Alignment for my Santa Fe to have its AC inspected for a leak. The leak could not be located after multiple different attempts but Ben at Lucky's put dye in the system and did not charge a thing - even filled my AC with Freon so my AC was blowing cold again in this heat wave! He said when my AC starts giving trouble again to come back and they can see if the dye worked to help locate the leak next time. I am very impressed and greatly appreciate the service. I've never been to a shop before where I can walk out and not pay a thing but experience the best service I have ever had! They genuinely care about their clients and are more than fair. I have already recommended this place to several family members and they will be receiving all our business! Very genuine and honest people - which is a breath of fresh air nowadays!
