Huge shoutout to Max Auto for absolutely saving my trip from BC to Regina! I broke down unexpectedly and they were incredibly busy, but they still took the time to answer my call with amazing customer service and got me in right away.<br>They quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the alternator, and had me back on the road in only about 1.5 hours. I was in at 8 AM and out before 10 with the car running perfectly again — no more issues at all. On top of that, the price was great and the alternator came with a lifetime warranty, which gave me even more peace of mind.<br>I honestly can’t thank everyone there enough for helping me out during a stressful situation. Great experience. I came in from out of town and they were able to fit me in that day to diagnose a Check Engine Light I received on the drive in, and would've fixed it if the part was available. Clear communication of what the problem was and what the fix would be. I will be coming back to complete this work and other repairs.
