House Of Cars (Medicine Hat)

Very disappointing experience with House of Cars Medicine Hat.<br><br>In May 2026, I referred someone to this house of cars dealership Medicine Hat location and she purchased a vehicle. I completed the referral form with the sales representative, Ravi. After waiting about a month, I contacted BJ OLYNK to follow up on my referral. BJ told me he would check with the accounting department.<br><br>Since then, nothing. No update, no payment, and no one followed up.<br><br>Why advertise a referral program if you cannot properly follow through when someone actually brings you a paying customer? House of Cars made money from the sale, but I have been left chasing the $500 referral for months.<br><br>This is unacceptable customer service. I will not recommend House of Cars to my family, friends, or community again.<br><br>If you are considering referring someone to House of Cars, I would seriously think twice based on my experience. A referral program means nothing if the company does not follow through on its own commitment.<br><br>8-19-26: I called and spoke to “manager”, he just said, he will look into it, thats it.<br><br>8-21-26 4:38pm I called them, spoke to someone “who doesn’t have power” to decide about this matter. I was told, Manager is literally busy.<br><br>8-25-26 2:18PM Called them AGAIN and spoke with a manager. After three months of chasing my $500 referral, I was told they are still “trying to find” the paperwork—even though the referral form was completed and submitted on the day of the purchase.<br><br>If your excuse is that the paperwork is from before your time, that’s not my problem. Honor the referral program you advertise, or stop advertising it OR IM GONNA CONTACT THE HOUSE OF CARS MAIN OFFICE! This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

10/10 experience working with William. The whole process was seamless and I’ve walked away with a nice truck. Thank you and I will definitely be back for my next vehicle!

Dylan was amazing today. I went in for an oil change and he was so helpful. Answered all my questions and very approachable and cheerful. Wonderful experience here.
