Service side was great to deal with. Very happy with their knowledge and professionalism. Originally bought the truck from them, have since moved away but I still believe Big M Ford to be the best Ford dealership to work with from start to finish. Haven't had a bad experience working with them.

I went in to inquire about buying a car, and honestly, the experience was extremely disappointing.<br><br>Forget about being offered water or coffee — the person I dealt with didn’t even ask me to take a chair or sit down. I was left standing there while trying to have a conversation about something that should be an exciting and important decision.<br><br>Buying a car is not just a transaction. There are emotions, excitement, and a lot of thought that go into making that decision. Unfortunately, the way I was treated made me feel completely unimportant. It felt like all the excitement and emotions I had about buying a car were simply dumped in the garbage.<br><br>I understand that dealerships can be busy, but basic courtesy and making a customer feel welcome should be the bare minimum.<br><br>After this experience, I would never go back here, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car. Very disappointing and upsetting experience. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously and remembers that every customer deserves to be treated with respect.
