On my way down to visit family in Medicine Hat, my car decided to bite the dust on the side of the highway. I called various dealers, and I’ll never forget Curtis at Medicine Hat Honda saying, “I got something for you!” Having no car sucks, so having Curtis pick me up was genuine customer service!<br><br>The car I got was a 2021 Honda CRV, which was a great deal. You don’t have to fear the supposed tricks of dealers at this location. Everyone was super honest and transparent about their business practices, which is important for a first time buyer. You do not have to fear being scammed here.<br><br>My dealer, Curtis, explained the story behind the vehicle and was very forthcoming about his selling practices: he won’t sell crap (which is probably why I didn't get much for my crapped out vehicle). If you need a car, just ask for Curtis! He is super transparent and forthcoming about his selling philosophy. He and the team got the new car ready for me in time for my concert back in Edmonton, which was much appreciated! Thank you!

However, the technicians went above and beyond by inspecting everything on my vehicle. When I got my car back, I immediately noticed how much better it felt to drive.
