Their truck and trailer was on the number one highway and never emptied out their load but instead it emptied out on the number one highway and I was lucky enough to be behind them to be peppered by all the rocks coming out of their trailer. Called first thing after this happened. They called me back first thing in the morning to come and have a look at what happened. Then continued to tell me they will use their guy for the quote. Offered me 500 bucks for the damages. I had a second opinion that came back at 1500. Asked them to pay for the damages. They gave me their lawyers number. I'm not super happy about what happened and how they handled this as a business.
I've had several different HVAC and plumbing related jobs completed by PAD-CAR and they have done excellent work, for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend their services.
Had emailed pad-car over the summer looking to get a quote for a new A/C as mine was making a loud banging noise…. Within the day they came and took a look- gave me a quote BUT ALSO maintenance tips to help it last a few more years!!! Haven’t had any troubles since. When I need a new one I will defiantly be giving them a call!!!
(No other companies would give me any info for free besides a quote… if I wanted to know what they thought the life span was or if I should replace it asap they’d charge me a service call fee)
Recently, we had problems with our equipment and Rick from Pad-Car was called in to troubleshoot and fix the issue.
Rick did this with amazing professionalism and workmanship - we are grateful that he was able to get us back up and running with little down time.
