Huge shoutout to Max Auto for absolutely saving my trip from BC to Regina! I broke down unexpectedly and they were incredibly busy, but they still took the time to answer my call with amazing customer service and got me in right away.
They quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the alternator, and had me back on the road in only about 1.5 hours. I was in at 8 AM and out before 10 with the car running perfectly again — no more issues at all. On top of that, the price was great and the alternator came with a lifetime warranty, which gave me even more peace of mind.
I honestly can’t thank everyone there enough for helping me out during a stressful situation. Fast, professional, honest, and genuinely caring service. I’m extremely grateful to the whole team at Max Auto!
Great experience. I came in from out of town and they were able to fit me in that day to diagnose a Check Engine Light I received on the drive in, and would've fixed it if the part was available. Clear communication of what the problem was and what the fix would be. I will be coming back to complete this work and other repairs.
During a trip back from Western Canada to Quebec City, I noticed an unusual noise coming from my vehicle's engine. I looked at Google reviews to find the best garage in Medicine Hat and contacted Max Auto. Max and his mother were very flexible to find me a time slot to diagnose and repair the faulty alternator on my van so I could get back on the road as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this garage to everyone because their team's service is outstanding. Thank you very much.
Amazing experience! I gave them a list of things and they had my car done in 2 days. Staff was very friendly and overall was a great place.
