NAPA Auto Parts – NAPA Associate Milton

We reached there 7 minutes to closing but they were still very accommodating and willing to help.
Our experience with this place was really good !

Strongly advise everybody NOT to deal with this store. They are NAPA associate (not NAPA), I purchased an item that I found on NAPA website for $14, they charged my son $30 for the same item, when tried to return it 30 minutes later, they refused stating that it is the policy of the store not to return fluid, the bottle was sealed and untouched. Stay away if you care about your money.

Purchased calipers and pads for my truck at 2:30pm. Next day at noon I was charged $112 dollars to return items back. Stocked items. This locations return policy for me has now has tarnished the company's name and I will never spend a cent there again. 10 day max return on anything here also at the Milton location on Steeles . . I was told I should have called them to tell them I was returning them. It wasn't even one day. 20% fee to return items before close of same day. Was told it's posted on the door which was wedged open. And posted on the counter by your thighs, but it is on the receipt. Neither one was seen.

Never do any business here. They have the worst customer service. Ride on the phone and even worse in person.
