When my two week old car got unceremoniously side swiped, Miltowne was the only shop I would let touch it. Lance and the team kept me updated through out the process as we waited for back ordered parts and were always easy to reach should I have a question.

The quality of work is second to none. As a former estimator myself, having worked in a very large body shop who specialized in exotic and luxury brands such as Lamborghini and Rolls Royce, I was nervous that I would always be able to tell where the repair was done. Not only did they manage a seamless repair but they listened to and understood my concern, managing to rework a panel using very minimal filler that 9 out of 10 body shops would not have even attempted before replacing (a feather coat to level the panel was all that was used). The paint match is dead-on, to where I can't even tell myself where the blend starts and stops, which for those that know is no easy task on a white car.

I was so pleased with there quality of work and customer service that I have since dropped off some more aftermarket pieces to be paint matched before installing them.

Milltowne Collision is the only option from someone who has been on the inside of body shops.

Unfortunately, I was dinged in a parking lot and brought my car to Miltowne Collision to be repaired. Lance and his team were excellent to work with- courteous, friendly and very reasonable with their approach (knowing I wasn't going through insurance)

Not only did they complete the job well, but my car came back washed, vacuumed and dusted! Such a nice touch!

On one hand, I hope I don't need their services again... but on the other, I wouldn't mind seeing them again in the future. So pleasant!

Great experience with these guys. I had my Mazda3 fixed through insurance, they did a great job. These guys have an awesome team, very helpful, very professional and they care for their customers, even go out of the way to help and treat it like their own.
I say Keep it up guys! because not a lot of places are left with this kind of service.
