Mr. Lube + Tires

Very disappointed with the service I received at Mr. Lube on James Snow Parkway in Milton.

I showed my coupon to the employee before any work was started. I specifically asked if this was the best discount available, and I was told that it was. The employee also said the coupon would be applied at the end of the service.

After the service was completed and it was time to pay, I reminded them about the coupon. The cashier then told me the coupon would not work and went to check with the owner. The owner arrived visibly angry and immediately started arguing with me, claiming it was an "AI coupon."

I explained that I had shown the coupon before the service began and that if it was not valid, I should have been informed at that time. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, the owner continued arguing and refused to offer any discount.

What was most concerning was that he threatened to remove the oil that had already been put into my vehicle, saying, "I will take the oil off from the car, then how are you going to go?" This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

The owner was rude, disrespectful, and even shut the door on me during the conversation. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, even when there is a disagreement about a coupon or promotion.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location. I will be reporting this incident and sharing my experience so others are aware of how I was treated.

I visited Mr. Lube Milton and asked if they could inflate a scooter tire. I was willing to pay for the service. The staff refused, saying they couldn’t because it was a scooter tire.

However, the tire uses the same standard Schrader valve as a car tire, so I don’t understand why they refused. If it was company policy, they could have explained it politely instead of treating me with a dismissive attitude.

Very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

I had a flat tire on Friday, June 19, and was fortunate enough to make it over to Mr. Lube in Milton at James Snow Parkway and Main Street.

Harold took excellent care of me from the moment I arrived. He made me feel comfortable and reassured during a stressful situation. The customer service was outstanding, and the team provided fast, efficient, and professional service.

I highly recommend this location and the staff who work there. Harold and the team, went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after and back on the road quickly.

Five stars for Seemeen and the team! I needed help with a Continental warranty claim on tires bought from another Mr. Lube store, and Seemeen handled it flawlessly. The staff here is so friendly and accommodating. Fantastic service, highly recommended!
