I had an excellent experience with Mr. Tazzy in Milton while getting my 2008 Saab 9-3 repaired and certified. From start to finish, the team treated us with professionalism, honesty, and respect.

They clearly explained the repairs that were needed, sourced and replaced the necessary parts, and completed all the work efficiently. What impressed me most was how quickly they got everything done—they had the vehicle repaired and safetied within a week.

Complaint Summary: Mr. Tazzy Auto Service

Incomplete Work & Poor Documentation: I paid by credit card for front ball joints, wheel bearings, struts, and brakes. The shop kept the car for four days and refused to provide an itemized invoice.

Third-Party Verification: On June 9, 2026, Midas refused to perform a wheel alignment on the vehicle, stating that the wheel bearing work I paid Mr. Tazzy for had never been completed.

Failed Resolution: Mr. Tazzy agreed to finish the incomplete work by June 10, 2026. However, as of June 19, my car is still at their shop and remains uncorrected.

Threats & Harassment: After I posted an honest review of my experience, the owner threatened to burn my car if the review was not removed. I reported this threat to the police.

Retaliation & Withholding Vehicle: The shop is now ignoring my phone calls and attempting to charge me a second time for the work I already paid for as "punishment" for involving the police.

Next Steps: Because of the threats to my property and safety, I will be requiring a police escort to retrieve my vehicle from the shop.
I am so disappointed with my experience with Mr. Tassy's I would never recommend them except to warn potential clients to stay away to avoid the drama, frustration and expense.
If I could give a negative -10, I would.
