Was at this dealership for the 2nd time today for a simple oil change. I always come before my appointment to ensure I am considerate of their time. Upon arrival they took my truck in the bay right away. 90 minutes later I am asking the service counter how much longer for an oil change to be completed. The response was I will check and get back to you. Once back to the counter the employee stated another 10 minutes. Not sure why it takes so long for an oil change, but I'm sure I will not return to this dealership for anymore maintenence or service.And this is why I purchased a Mazda, rather than a Chev this time. Customers time needs to be important as well.
