I bought a new vehicle October 2025, and Arlene has sent me a couple of messages checking up on me and the vehicle and making sure everything is to my satisfaction; I have never had any other company do this, I'm very impressed! I have been into the dealership a few times since my purchase and Arlene always knows who I am as soon as I walk in the door; she is definitely the best!

We actually don't live in the Miramichi but were passing through on the Sunday of a long weekend, when we experienced car trouble. We had to leave our 2023 KIA Niro PHEV at KIA Miramichi, dropping the key with a note in their dropbox. That week, they looked at the car as quickly as they could and promptly ordered the required part. They called us when the part arrived and that very day, they did the repair and we made arrangements for us to drive up from Moncton to get our car. Great communication and professionalism. Would highly recommend.
