I had an absolutely horrific experience with Reflex Auto. My front left tire went flat, so I called them, and they asked for the tire size. After I provided it, they assured me they had it in stock. They gave me a price and, even though I was 25-30 km away, they told me to come in as they were picking it up. I drove 30 km to their shop in Mississauga, and once I arrived, they completely stopped answering my calls. When they finally answered, they claimed they were still waiting at the warehouse, but later admitted that the tire was never available. This was a blatant lie just to get me to drive out there. I wasted my time, fuel, and effort on a complete scam. This was the worst service I have ever encountered—stay far, far away from this place.

Youseef was amazing. Great costumer service. You can tell he knows his stuff and is an expert. Will definitely be coming back :)
