Jo Auto Service

Amazing job. They replaced my brake pads and rotors for my front wheels. Joseph is very honest, he did not try to upcharge whatsoever and in fact, replaced one of my calipers that had seized completely for free. I’m beyond impressed and would highly recommend.

I would recommend Jo to anyone who is looking to have an honest opinion before purchasing a pre owned as is vehicle. I went to his auto shop and he has given me his honest opinion free of charge. It makes me to have the right decisions to not buy the car. 5 golden star 😊😊

Very disappointing experience. The business was not honest or transparent about their pricing. The prices I was quoted were not consistent with what I was actually charged. On top of that, the way customers are treated is extremely poor and unprofessional. Communication was frustrating, and I did not feel respected as a customer. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for honest pricing, reliable service, or good customer treatment.

The entire review is misleading and does not reflect our actual experience. We came here because of that review, but unfortunately, our experience was completely different. The way we were treated was very rude and disrespectful, and what was said in the review was not truthful.
