The Tire Terminal

I sure understand all of the one star reviews. I had four tires changed in my vehicle yesterday, which tool two and half hours. For a company in the tire business, you have to wonder how they stay in business. The frustrating part was watching my vehicle sit there idle for an hour with the wheels removed, while they changed four tires on another vehicle, which arrived after and left before me.<br>Must of been family or friend.

Absolutely terrible experience. Brought my car in for routine tire work, and their jack slipped while lifting it, causing significant damage, including a broken tie rod and body damage. My car had to be towed to the dealership and I was without it for nearly eight weeks while it went through an insurance claim and extensive repairs.<br><br>After everything that happened, I completely lost confidence in this shop. I ultimately cancelled my tire purchase and took my business elsewhere. Their idea of a goodwill gesture? Only $100 off.<br><br>A routine tire appointment turned into a massive headache, weeks without my car, and a lengthy repair process. I wouldn’t trust this shop with a bicycle, let alone a vehicle.

I thought I had a flat tire after noticing a screw in my tire, so I walked into Tire Terminal without an appointment. The lady at the counter was super nice and friendly and immediately took care of me. She asked me to have a seat in the waiting area while they checked my vehicle.<br><br>About 10 minutes later, the technician came out and explained that the screw hadn’t gone in far enough to cause a problem and that everything was good. They had removed the tire and thoroughly checked it, yet they didn’t charge me anything!<br><br>I honestly wasn’t expecting that kind of service. They took the time to inspect everything even though they knew there was no money to be made from the visit, and they were completely honest with me.<br><br>Great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Tire Terminal and will definitely be using them as my tire shop from now on.<br><br>Keep up the good work, and thank you for the excellent service! 👏
