Incredible service and total peace of mind!

If you have a Nissan CVT, this is the only shop you should trust. My 2015 Murano completely lost forward and reverse gear after an alternator failure starved the transmission of power. It was an incredibly stressful situation, but Matthew and the team at Shift Fix made a massive difference. He was phenomenal with his communication, sending me prompt, live updates when they got the unit apart. The transmission needed a total rebuild from the ground up, but he made a scary, expensive repair feel completely manageable and kept reminding me I was in right hands.

I got the car back and it drives perfectly smooth. They stand by their work and Matthew already mapping out my 50K follow-up service shows how much they care about preventative maintenance and keeping their customers safe.

Great experience with this transmission outlet. Had the clutch replaced in our 2015 Ford focus. This car is notorious for having them replaced. First time was under warranty at about 70K. This time at 140K , needed to be replaced again. Matt was outstanding 👏. Great customer service. Kept us up to date from start to finish. Ranked as one of the best transmission places in Mississauga. My Lexus ES350 2014 was on the verge of breaking down completely while I was driving, I researched quickly for nearest shops with good ratings and headed over to Shift fix. My car gave out completely close to the shop and they pushed my car in the shop, no appointment needed.

They took my car in and upon discovering the transmission was fully gone - they got it up and running within 3-4 business days. They replaced my transmission at a reasonable price considering all that had taken place.

Couldn't be happier with these guys after taking our 2013 Nissan Sentra there for CVT repair. The Nissan transmission was completely trashed (with 140km's on it . . . thanks Nissan), but the dealer wanted almost $8k to fix it. These guys did in for a few grand less, and the car drives perfectly now. Thanks to Matthew (clean hands . .), and Ismond (dirty hands!!). You both did a great job explaining what was wrong with the transmission, and what needed to be done to make it function properly again, and then carrying out that repair for less than the initial estimate. Though we initially thought that the car was not worth fixing, we are now really happy that we did. Thanks SHIFTFIX!!! Should we have future transmission problems, we will be back.
