I had an appointment for over week in advance and was asked with no explanation 40 minutes prior if it could be postponned an hour, but I was already on my way to Moncton. So I asked if they would mind meeting me halfway and start 30 minutes late instead. I did not recieve a reply for almost an hour and when I did, there was still no explanation or apology as to why my appointment needed to be postponned.
I was given a timeframe and I worked with it for driving accommodations, child care, etc. and sure, I understand that things like emergencies can happen, but no follow up was given or even offered or any type of compensation. It was a waste of my time and money and I got nothing done.
Pretty disappointing considering I had another vehicle done by this company a year prior and had no issues and great communication.
So why would someone go here, when there is someone else across the neighborhood with flawless 5 star reviews?
