dropped off my 2013 c300 for a rattling noise that 2 previous garages were unable to diagnose. they gave me a call within hours with an estimate, fixed my problem the following week. Nobody who drives a 10 year old Mercedes wants to go to the dealership for maintenance. They were super professional and friendly and got my car on the road without having to sell my kidney.
Bad customer service give me a quote on phone after that they charged me 200$ on my credit card more without any notice or a reason.(i payed by the phone)
When I called the secretary she's told me I have to check my notes and get back to you
Few days later I have to call back since she didn't and I spoke with owner about this problem all what he mention is we don't give quotes on phone before seeing the car " it's transmission oil change " he don't need the car to know the price .
So hes almost saying I'm laying and the secretary she didn't give me any price on the phone.
And he can't explain what happen the only thing he sayin we don't give quotes on the phone.
So if you want to go to this garage make sure you ask for the price personally not on phone and you never give them a credit card by the phone .
It's a good way to scam people.
