Have bought 2 sets of tires from bulldog. The tires are grwta for the money but the customer service is appalling. Took 8 days to get tires delivered from moncton to saint john nb. Emailed several times and called to check on status with no answer in return. Its a shame cause the tires are a good deal
Great service until one of them started yelling at the others. Could hear it from the waiting room. Called them stupid. Anger issues for sure… other than that very quick service, great tiers for the price!
I purchased a set of 4 PowerHub tires 33/12.5/20. At the time of the purchase I was running Bridgestone KO2 tires and I got around 80k on them. I was told the PowerHub would get close to the same or better so I took a chance and tried them. Fast forward to now the tires have 30k on them are they are toast. The back 2 tires are cupping and the front 2 are worn to the wear bars. I went in to ask about the fact they were basically garbage already at 30k and was told they could offer a couple hundred dollars off a new set…I said why would I want to put on cheap tires again after this experience so I said no thanks and left. This is a case of you get what you pay for but they shouldn’t be telling customers they will get the same mileage as other brand name tires.
