Very terrible experience, not going to lie. They put bad parts on my vehicle and mentioned them as "used" and went bad within 1.5 years, and i ended up replacing it in that time frame after getting it. Very crooked attitude out of this garage, and I dont recommend anyone to go here. The mechanics manager and the service manager have a very lack of communication skills. I had to switch locations because it was out of this world, out of much money they wanted me to put into this place. Thank god Head Office has a heart and refunded me for some of the crookish ways this service center put on me. I highly recommend the Dieppe location; please do not even step foot in this store; they will be crookish and have a big bill for you at the end. Like I kid you not, and one of the things they fixed wasn't even fully fixed. Just dont waste your time here, really.

Worst spot to get anything done to your car. First the old guy I dealt with was rude, then I brought my tyres bagged and they rolled them on the back seat without any covers. Have some common sense, this car was just cleaned yesterday and there was a reason why those tyres you installed were covered up. Disappointed.

Update: after the mechanic shop that replaced the wheel bearings confirmed there is nothing wrong with it. I booked an appointment for alignment at midas. They did a courtesy inspection before the alignment and you can see the results on the attached picture

Had an appointement for wheel alignment the other day at 8:45, got there at 8:30, and waited in waiting room till 9:30 to see my car drove in. 15 min after that it was out, I was told that they couldn't do the alignment cause I had a bad rear wheel bearing that needs replacement. Little they know that I've replaced both wheel bearing 2 days before that. When I told the guy that he was like 'idk, they said it's bad'. I paid 75$ for nothing and went back to the certified mechanic who replaced the wheel bearing with their "report". He lift the car up and tested it in front of me and explained the wheel bearing is just perfect.
