6, for a call back to book an appointment. No one has cared to reached out. This was the response that was provided - when I tried to call prior to book an appointment with the contact number stated on Google. “I will respond when I'm available. Please stop calling. I'm very busy”. This was never the case / however I am rather disappointed . It’s sad that it’s hard to fine a good mechanic that cares and is able to offer good customer service no matter who you!
Dealt with Dan. I am at a loss of words. Never met a more knowledgeable and kind person in the automotive industry. All other shops need to take notes.
Brought my VW Tiguan in for a walnut blast/carbon cleaning and couldn’t be happier with the service. Fair pricing, quick turnaround, and they were able to squeeze in a rear brake replacement at the same time. Great shop and excellent customer service. Definitely recommend!
