So, for the record I do not leave reviews, or usually I’ll just post stars no comments, but I wish to communicate what it was that was different this occasion from other services. First of all, Dominic came highly recommended to me when I was in a major bind in my driveway requiring assistance having my spare tire put onto my jeep as my current garage refused to give me my roadside assistance phone number. He came to the house that day serviced it and while he changed the tires, explained to me what he was doing and why and what I would need to do further, then when asked he patiently answered questions in regards to safety with the tires installation, pressure and maintenance; he also explained to me all the fluids, their levels and the recommended oil to be used. I watched as he carefully and effectively worked, using the proper tools (I cannot emphasize the importance of this enough) on my brand new rims and tires which were close to a $4000 investment even if it took him extra work to exchange the socket for one which prevents damage when installing the lug nuts. I saw with my own eyes as he cared for my vehicle and investment as though it was his own. He will do work in your yard if you require, or if it is a larger project requiring more room he has an alternate location close by.
He was kind, efficient, patient, more than fair in pricing but most importantly, he put my concerns and safety first.
I recommend Dom Does it All enough to have his business card permanently placed on my mother’s fridge incase I’m out of town and she needs assistance.
