Fantastic service! My car looks better than new and the price was great. So impressed!
Extremely disappointed by the level of service. The detailer used the wrong product on the car windows, and two weeks later, we are still trying to remove the gray film. This morning, my wife had to drive with the driver's window down so she could see.
Aly did try to remove the substance a week after the detailing. However, the film reappeared. We have tried three different cleaners at this point and are still not sure that the film won't come back.
Foggy windows are a safety issue, not just an aesthetic issue. If you use this service, I would recommend supervising the detailer and verifying all products used.
