What kind of so called business are you running? I made an appointment to show up to a locked door & no one there. Not to mention all the garbage & debris all over the place. Don't waste your time with these clowns. Looks more like a chop shop than auto detailing...what a joke
I am hunting for a place to I clean my car and found this place. I asked if they take walking in, and how do they work; but the guy didn't really understand, nor could he explain the service they offer clearly. I know NB is bilingual but if you are running a business you have to be able to communicate, even if it's in French.
Next thing was the body odor of the person I was speaking to, it wasn't pleasant.
Last but not lease was that place look dirty inside with a mud puddle to the entrance of the shop.
I end up leaving with his service.
Very dishonest, disappointing and time wasting people. Customer service is Zero. They have a system of charging people more than what is bargained. You meet someone physically and you start talking to someone they call boss that you don’t even know on phone. Then the person on phone start cooking up stories to jack up your charges. Jesus, just so you know that I know you collected the extra charges from me and never reported it to your brother. And you did not provide the receipts of the materials you told me you purchased. You will regret taking your car there for any kind of service.
